Cigna had a prototype for a new app they wanted to test with two target demographics before going through the expense of development. The app had to both be inviting as well as motivating, which can be a hard line to hit with a sensitive topics like fitness and diet.
Before testing, our team created a competitive benchmark survey to better understand user expectations.
Through user testing, our team was able to offer important refinements to better serve users and ensure a successful launch.
